About i10X

Built by people who watched ops teams connect systems by hand

i10X was founded in Singapore in 2024 by a team with deep roots in enterprise workflow problems. Angel-backed in 2025, we are a small team building the coordination layer ops teams currently supply themselves.

"Every ops team I spoke with had built the same workaround: someone whose full-time work was moving data between systems and catching failures. That is not an ops problem. It is an infrastructure gap."

Patrick Linden, CEO and Co-Founder

Our Story

Where systems leave ops teams behind

Before i10X, the founding team built and deployed enterprise workflow tools across manufacturing, logistics, and B2B SaaS. The pattern was consistent: good systems, good people, and defined processes, but no dependable way to carry a process from one system to the next without a human in the middle.

Available tools either needed heavy IT involvement to set up or handled only simple, linear workflows, failing when a field name changed or an API went down. Real processes are messier: they branch, include edge cases, and rely on context held in three different systems at once.

i10X was created to bridge that gap with an agent that understands workflow logic, not merely API-call mechanics.

Patrick Linden
Patrick Linden
CEO and Co-Founder

Patrick's career centers on enterprise workflow and operations tooling. He has worked with ops leads at mid-market manufacturers, logistics operators, and B2B SaaS companies, focusing on the coordination gaps between systems that make human intervention the default.

Ananya Krishnan
Ananya Krishnan
CPO and Co-Founder

Ananya's work centers on product strategy for process-heavy enterprise tools used by operations and finance teams. She has studied the coordination problems they inherit and understands what makes automation stick versus what leads teams to abandon it after a pilot.

Tobias Schell
Tobias Schell
CTO

Tobias works on distributed systems and API integration platforms, building reliable, observable pipelines across heterogeneous business software. His focus is keeping them resilient through system downtime and schema changes.
