Pricing questions
An automated process is a distinct workflow the agent monitors and runs. For instance, "closed-won deal to ERP order" is one; "Invoice sent to accounts receivable reconciliation" is another. You set process boundaries during onboarding. Branching processes may count as separate sub-workflows or one group, based on your configuration.
We alert you at 80% of your monthly run quota. Above the limit, runs continue at $0.05 per additional 100 runs. No process stops mid-execution. Upgrade anytime during the billing cycle to increase your included quota.
We provide a guided 30-day pilot on the Growth plan. An integration engineer partners with your ops team to select two or three high-value processes, set up the agent, and check run logs against your existing data. All plans offer annual billing at a 15% discount compared with monthly payment. We bill the full year upfront. Starter annual: $3,560/yr. Growth annual: $9,170/yr. Enterprise uses custom pricing, usually under an annual contract. Contact us about annual terms.
i10X runs on AWS in ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). Enterprise customers may request AWS eu-west-1 or us-east-1 for data residency. Agents do not retain business data beyond the run log. Your plan sets log retention. Data processing agreements are available upon request.
